1. DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL CONTROL & CORPORATE SERVICES (Ref: THMGT-01)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• An honors BSc (2.1) or HND (Upper Credit) in Management, Finance or Social Sciences discipline from a recognized institution or a relevant professional qualification alongside a degree in any other discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years working experience in the Financial Control, Treasury or Accounts department of a Financial Institution.
• A recognized professional qualification (or studying towards professional qualification) such as ACA, ACCA, and CFA will be an advantage.
• Superior Computer Skills
• Strong analytic and excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must have a strong leadership and people management skills.
• Must have Assets and Liability (ALCO) Management Skills, Treasury Management and Risk management skills.
• Excellent Administrative Skills and good knowledge of Human Resources management.
• Able to relate to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired result
• Result oriented
2. DIRECTOR, CREDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT (Ref: THMGT-02)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• Honors degree (BSc (2.1) or HND (Upper Credit)) in Management, Finance or Social Sciences discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of Five (5) years experience in the Credit & Risk Department of a financial institution.
• Strong analytic skills and excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must have a strong leadership and people management skills.
• Able to relate to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired result.
• Result oriented
3. DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKET INTELLIGENCE (Ref: THMGT-03)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• Honors degree (BSc (2.1) or its equivalent) in any discipline.
• Minimum of Five (5) years working experience in the credit and marketing department of a reputable company preferable a bank/financial institutions.
• Experience in retail/consumer marketing, especially at branch level is desirable.
• Good knowledge of retail product development.
• Must exhibit quality leadership skills and be a team player/builder.
• Able to relate to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired result.
• Result oriented
• Able to communicate well orally and in writing
4. HEAD, OPERATIONS AND IT (Ref: THMGT-04)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• Good honors BSc in any field.
• Minimum of four years working experience in a financial institution.
• Must be a team player
• Able to relate to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired result.
• Able to influence the behavior and decisions of people on matters relating to his/her job
• Able to cope with change, to be flexible and to handle uncertainty.
• Result oriented
• Able to communicate well orally and in writing.
5. HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT (Ref: THICU-01)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• A good honors BSc (2.1) or HND (Upper Credit) in a management, finance or social Science discipline.
• A recognized professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, and ACMA will be an advantage
• Minimum of Five years working experience in the internal control department of a financial institution
