RECRUITMENT AT WEMA BANK

Prospective candidates who wish to seek employment in the Bank must fulfill the following criteria:


1. Must have successfully completed their first degree in a reputable higher institution within or outside Nigeria.
2. Candidates must have a minimum grade of 2nd Class Lower Division/Lower Credit.
3. Must be a Nigerian or have the necessary work permits, if not a Nigerian citizen.

To become a member of the Wema Family, a potential employee will have to go through the following procedure:


1. Complete and submit a recruitment form
- Downloadable or online form.
2. Write and pass an aptitude test.
3. Attend two or more interviews.
